We believe that each baby has unique needs. We will support your family for 6 weeks as we implement your newborn sleep plan tailored to your home life, schedule, and needs. Together we will create and establish a day and night time newborn sleep plan that’s evidence based, age appropriate, and tailored to meet your and your newborns needs based on your family dynamic and unique situation. Teach your newborn healthy sleep habits right from the start.

    Personalized one-on-one sleep support is utilized to address the unique needs of each family. With a focus on evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach.

    Every baby and family situation is different. For this reason each sleep plan is uniquely customized to address your specific sleep goals.

  • Daily Text & Email Support

    I will be accessible to you for text and email support every day of the week from 7:00am-10:00pm Alaska time. If you reach out while I'm asleep, I'll respond shortly after waking up.

  • Weekly 30min Phone Call

    Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our weekly phone calls, where I am dedicated to addressing your questions, providing guidance, and offering ongoing support on your journey to better sleep for your family
